Having a love affair with Salsa from since he can remember, Rafael, a Sydney based Salsa Instructor, International Performer, Director of 88.1 Sydney Salsa FM, Director of It Inc Management and General Manger of Latin Motion Dance Academy since 2009. 

Rafael's Companies, have enjoyed much success and recognition both Nationally & Internationally.

A combination of many years of business experience, industry know how, and the support of his long time friend & business partner DJ Moncho have allowed Rafael to excel and be recognised as one of Australia's up and coming industry leaders.

It is this experience & dedication to Australia's Salsa industry that Rafael brings to Latin Motion. With a deep seeded desire to see all our students achieve their dancing goals, from beginners to professionals, Rafael will be the first one to tell you YOU CAN DO IT.

Rafael is currently attaining his MBA from UTS Sydney.
